LiFePO4 Battery Module - 1P10S/1P11S/1P12S
This battery module is a universal LiFePO4 battery module that can be assembled and used through low-voltage interfaces, high-voltage interfaces and mechanical interfaces. The LiFePO4 battery module is composed of CALB 3.2V 100AH battery cells (L160F100A) connected in series. The battery cell poles in the battery module are connected together by FPC busbars, and the connectors are led out to the outside.
An M6 embedded nut is pre-installed at the high-voltage interface of the LiFePO4 battery module, through which the main electrode conductive bar and the connecting wire between the battery module are fixed to achieve high-voltage connection between the battery module and the outside.
The through holes are pre-set in the end plate of the LiFePO4 battery module as the mechanical interface between it and the box. The LiFePO4 battery module can be fixed to the box by setting a welding nut at the bottom of the box and passing a long bolt through the installation through hole. A fixing plate is added at the upper end of the battery module to connect the battery modules to each other and enhance the overall rigidity of the box.
