LFP Battery Module – 1P8S 25.6v 230Ah is a standard lithium iron phosphate battery module, which is composed of 8pcs CALB 3.2v 230ah battery cells (L173F230) connected in series. The battery module can be flexibly matched with different specification design requirements, with excellent charge and discharge performance and cycle life.

The LFP battery module is mainly composed of the following parts: battery cells, end plate, end insulation plate, bottom insulation film, wiring harness plate assembly, heat sink, lead-out support, protective cover, steel strapping tape, PET strapping tape, cover plate, staples, etc.

Structural adhesive is applied between the end plate and the end insulation plate, between the end insulation plate and the battery, between the battery and the battery, and between the battery and the heat sink.The outer frame is fixed with 1 steel strapping tape and 2 PET strapping tapes. The structural strength meets the vibration and impact requirements and has high reliability.

The bottom insulation film is pasted on the bottom of the battery module, and the heat sink is wrapped with blue film, which meets the heat dissipation requirements of the battery module while improving the insulation and withstand voltage performance of the battery module and the battery box.

The conductive bar and the battery pole are laser welded, and the welding is reliable.

LFP Battery Module Packaging, Transportation and Storage

Packaging

The packaging of the LFP Battery Module should avoid pressure on the module in all directions, and limit the battery module to prevent it from shaking in the package.

Transportation

During transportation, the LFP Battery Module should be protected from rain and moisture, and should be handled with care. Throwing, rolling, or inverting is strictly prohibited.

Storage

The LFP Battery Module should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool environment, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature, corrosive gases, severe vibration, mechanical shock, etc.

The storage temperature should be controlled within the range of -20℃~45℃, the relative humidity should be no more than 85%, no condensation, and the atmospheric pressure is 86 kPa~106 kPa.

LFP Battery Module Usage Environment

When the LFP Battery Module is used in a battery pack or container system, it is recommended to add safety designs such as fire extinguishing and fire isolation.

The connection between the battery module and the battery pack needs to have an equipotential design. The strength of the battery pack must meet the vibration and impact requirements of GB/T31467.3.
