GBS Battery
GBS battery is a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery known for its excellent performance, safety and versatility. Its square cell, capacity ranges from 20Ah to 400Ah. It can meet various needs from small solar equipment to large electric vehicle battery packs. And can flexibly form various battery packs according to the application. GBS batteries have been strictly tested and passed UL, TUV, CE and other certifications. The products are successfully used in solar energy storage, golf carts, RVs, electric vehicles, UPS, ships, mining plants and other fields.
Features of GBS batteries:
GBS batteries have high output efficiency, good safety, fast charging, wide temperature range and other characteristics.
GBS batteries are designed to be safe and use patented safety valves. It can be ejected when the internal pressure is too high, even in extreme cases such as short circuit or physical puncture, it can prevent explosion or fire.
The engineering design of GBS batteries improves safety and durability. The battery is equipped with a protective cover to prevent short circuit or damage to the terminals and connectors. The battery terminals are equipped with screw holes, which are more convenient and quick to use. It is also easier to maintain and replace the battery cells later.
Some electrode terminals use four screws or rivets instead of one bolt, which reduces the chance of loosening under vibration. Due to adjustments to the battery structure and terminal design, impedance is reduced and efficiency is improved.
Most GBS batteries use plastic shells. Plastic shells has the following advantages over aluminum shells.:
First, the plastic shell of the battery cell is more flexible and durable than the aluminum shell, which is equivalent to an extra layer of protection. This can prevent accidental falls or vibrations and reduce the possibility of damage to the battery cell. Secondly, unlike aluminum, plastic is more corrosion-resistant. In a high humidity environment, the plastic shell can better maintain its integrity, thereby ensuring a longer battery life. Thirdly, plastic can provide a certain degree of heat insulation, which helps to insulate the battery. Finally, unlike conductive aluminum, plastic is non-conductive, providing a safer option.
