CALB 314ah battery cell: 15000times cycle life,0 degradation at initial 1000 cycles
At the end of August, CALB introduced its second-generation 314ah battery cell in mass production at the Global Ecological Conference. This 314ah battery cell has a cycle life of 15,000 cycles and realizes “zero decay” in the first 1,000 cycles. 1. CALB 314ah battery cell
The new 314Ah battery cell has a significant 12% increase in capacity compared to the 280Ah battery cell, with an energy conversion efficiency of 96%. The advanced material system of the battery cell can effectively improve the output efficiency and significantly reduce the loss of active lithium during charging and discharging, realizing zero degradation of the capacity of the battery cell within the first 1,000 cycles. The battery cells have excellent scalability and can be flexibly customized at the system level to meet the unique energy needs of different commercial applications.
CALB was the first company to realize the mass production of 314ah battery cell. CALB has developed lithium iron cathode materials for energy storage, as well as a repairable and sustainable interface technology. This ensures that the 314ah battery cell can realize high energy efficiency while achieving a cycle life of 15,000 cycles. It also ensures a high energy efficiency of 96% with 0 degradation in the first 1,000 cycles along with an ultra-long lifespan. 2. CALB 392ah battery cell
The third generation of 392Ah battery cell: can realize full compatibility with the existing core production line, container related parts and components technology can be fully compatible with the 5MWh container production line technology, is to support the 6.25MWh container solution industry’s fastest mass production of the battery cell, but also the best program.
3. CALB 625+ah battery cell
With the new process of 625+Ah special battery cell for energy storage: energy density of 440Wh/L or more, it further realizes more than 6.8Mwh for 20-foot standard containers, and significantly improves the return on investment of the power station.
4. Super Pure and Super Extended Range batteries
Super Pure Electricity Battery: The industry’s first 5V spinel chemical system, with an energy density of 240Wh/kg, realizing zero attenuation of -20 degrees range, making up for the last short board other than ultra-long range and ultra-fast charging, which is planned to be listed in 2026.
Super Range Extender Battery: The industry’s first 5C supercharged range extender battery, with a range of up to 500 kilometers on a full charge, is scheduled to be available in 2025.
5. All-solid-state batteries
CALB was the first to introduce the 400Wh/kg hybrid solid-liquid battery technology, which is about to realize mass production.
This time, it has introduced an all-solid-state battery technology with an energy density of up to 430wh/kg and a capacity of more than 50Ah. Meanwhile, it has made important breakthroughs in terms of battery operating pressure, life cycle, and power, and is scheduled to hit the market in 2027.
In addition to the battery products mentioned above, CALB has also introduced batteries suitable for light and heavy trucks, batteries suitable for drones, and batteries suitable for electric boats. These battery products will be available in the near future.
