We offer not only high-quality lithium-ion battery cells but also boast the ability to customize and manufacture lithium-ion battery modules and PACKs.
Adhering to ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality management systems, our products meet the requirements of export certifications such as UL, CE, and UN38.3. The cells we use are all brand-new Grade A cells, strictly tested to ensure the utmost quality. We have an automated lithium battery module production line and can undertake large OEM and ODM projects..
Moreover, our equipment list includes a 6KW laser welding machine, OCV and ACR testers, tensile testing equipment, metallographic testers for laser welding, and automated DCIR and EOL testing equipment.

This is our company’s new fully automatic lithium-ion battery module and pack assembly production line this year. This production line can increase the company’s output by 1.6Gwh per year.
The entire production line includes 3 KUKA robotic arms, fully automated production without the need for a large number of operators. The whole production line starts from the sorting of lithium-ion battery cells, and integrates production, welding, and inspection, which can realize the whole process of data collection and strong traceability. Compared with semi-automatic production line, fully automatic production line has more stable product quality and higher production efficiency.
